What is a GaragePark?

A GaragePark has all the facilities an entrepreneur needs. A GaragePark is an enclosed business park with independent, small-scale business units that provide entrepreneurs with a safe storage place. Entrepreneurs can also use their unit as a workspace. The parks are close to residential areas and access roads, offering the ideal mix of functionality, demand and accessibility. The individual business units are designed as prefabricated concrete storage units and come equipped with electricity and security (BORG-2).

The Owners’ Association employs a parkmanager who is regularly on site. The fire alarm system is centrally linked to the control room and fire extinguishers meet fire brigade requirements. Each park has toilet facilities, including a toilet, washbasin and industrial sink. There is a central fuse box with hook-ups and meters for each unit. There is also a Freight elevator available (for parks with multiple floors).
